How and when am I paid?

Monthly, by bank transfer, for every property you have introduced that is currently under our management. You receive a statement showing each property and what it earned you.

How long do payments continue?

For as long as we manage the property. There is no fixed term and no expiry date on a referral.

What if my client is unhappy with the service?

You will hear about it from us first. We would rather flag a problem early and fix it than let it reach you through your client. Your relationship with them is the thing we are most careful with.

Do I have to refer a minimum number of deals?

No. There is no target, no exclusivity and no agreement to sign. Use the deal appraisal service without referring anything at all if that is useful to you.

What areas do you cover?

We operate across the UK. If you are unsure whether we cover your patch, ask, and we will give you a straight answer rather than stretching ourselves and doing a poor job.

What information do you need to start?

The owner's name, email, phone number and the property address. We take the conversation from there.

Can you look at a deal before I pitch it?

Yes, and we would prefer to. Send the figures and the property details and we will tell you honestly whether they stand up.

Earn income every month

You earn 10% of our management fee, paid monthly, for every property you introduce, for as long as we manage it. There is no cap and no expiry.

Your sourcing fee is earned once, at the point of the deal. This sits on top of it, and keeps paying while the property is under management. Introduce a handful of properties across a year and you have built a recurring income stream from deals you were doing anyway.
