Our management fee is a straightforward percentage of gross booking revenue. There is a minimum monthly retainer of £150, which covers our fixed costs in any month your property is unavailable.

More than one property? Take 2% off any plan.
The discount applies to every plan, so two or more units brings our 12 month rate down to 14%, our 6 month rate to 16%, and our flexible rate to 18%. It applies automatically once your second property goes live.
ONBOARDING FEE
One fee to get your property genuinely guest-ready.
The onboarding fee is a single one-off charge covering everything needed to get your property live and earning. It is priced per property, because a one bedroom flat and a five bedroom cottage are not the same job. We will give you an exact figure, itemised line by line, before you commit to anything.
